Along with my AC BoP set, I've also decided to do a project for the F1 23 game (this is the latest F1 game I have and probably will for a while).
I've done some adjustments to the sc_unlocks file, which is how one can adjust car performance. I've only adjusted the mass value, as to be honest that's the only thing I know how to fix without breaking the game completely lol.
Install this sc_unlocks file along the following path:
F1 23\2023_asset_groups\game_package\sc_unlocks
In a previous time I've tried to do this, I lowered the car's mass value under 796 and got some issues. So I based McLaren as the fastest car at 796 kilos, and adjusted from there - so be wary of that when using this mod (you might need to notch the difficulty up a little bit; recall that McLaren was the fourth or so best car at the game's latest performance patch).
Attached is a F1 game-style "performance graph" of the teams. My next update will either be during or after the Japan-Bahrain-Saudi triple-header. New 4/7/25: Added my data-driven driver statistics table. Input these values into the F1 23 Cheat Table to use in your game. Note that these are values that use data through 2024, and I will update after Round 5 for 2025 so far. Use of this table is recommended but certainly not required.
