These ads are a combination for both 2005 and 2007 and genuine used sponsors that were used in those races. All modern ads, all Rolex clocks and DRS signs have been completely removed from each and every track. 2007 was the last year with tobacco sponsors and China 2007 was actually the last race that had them.
I designed these for my 2005 and 2007 VRC championships (with 20 lap races and mandatory pitstops). I played them a while with modern ads but eventually it felt just as genuine as a three-dollar bill. To me period correct ads increased the atmosphere and authentic feel of these championships enormously.
This was a GIGANTIC job and it took me months to finish.

In order to get correct red and white curbs at Spa is to remove these two lines in ext_config.ini:

That's because you probably have the /extension folder from other year variations of the track. Skins are correct but /ext folder "overrides" skins folder in priority. If red/yellow curbs don't bother you, never mind.
As I said I created full championships for these years (VRC 2005 and 2007 cars) with 100% correct schedule and extremely realistic results/performance. I also tested various track alternatives and these are the best racing tracks for these cars (for example acu_sepang had a weird pit issue with longer races and I replaced it). 2005 season uses the correct Barcelona layout, etc. Both 2005 and 2007 championships aren't just thrown together but playtested through various times. Personally, I think was one of the best eras in F1. Prime Raikkonen, prime Alonso, Montoya and Schumi (who still had his occasional moments of brilliance) and finally Hamilton's debut season and that amazing 2007 drama year. It was quite weird that we didn't have many genuine looking circuits for this great era. Now we do.
PS: Everyone is 100% free to use these skins everywhere (they'll fit to 2006, 2008 and 2009 F1 seasons pretty good as well as the main sponsors stayed pretty much the same). Only the tobacco ads (very few of them in the tracks) were changed after 2007. No need to ask, just use them wherever you want.
