Another month, another inbound Gran Turismo 7 update. What are the cars that will be arriving in the game on March 27th? Here are our best guesses.
The last update to Gran Turismo 7 was rather infamous for the addition of the painfully slow Unimog, which kind of summarises the common attitude towards GT7 and its updates as of recent. Rather than adding a load of fast, exotic and modern supercars, instead Polyphony are dropping what many will refer to using a more explicit term than "rust bucket".
Now we are on the cusp of yet another update which will arrive on March 27th and like clockwork, series producer Kazunori Yamauchi has posted his signature silhouette image of the cars being added. Our guesses are that they consist of a British sports car, a Japanese compact SUV and, in keeping with the trend, a French van.
Of course, we cannot tell if the car - assuming it is the Vantage - will be the one with either a 4.0-litre twinturbo Mercedes V8 or the 5.2-litre twinturbo V12 from Aston themselves. The former produces 503 horsepower, whilst the latter has 690 horsepower, providing it is the car from before the 2024 facelift as the updated model's V8 produces 656 horsepower.

Now we have the one high powered performance car out of the way, it is back down to earth with the next two. First up, the Mazda CX-30 which in its most powerful configuration produces 250 horsepower from a 2.5-litre turbocharged Inline-4. Then the one everyone has been eagerly anticipating... the Renault Kangoo, which seems to be the first generation version that ran its production life from 1997 to 2003.
The Kangoo's performance figures are simply off the charts (as are the sarcasm levels in this paragraph), as in its form with the most horsepower, its 1.9-litre turbodiesel engine churns out a simply incomprehensible 85 horsepower, resulting in a 0-60mph time of a mere 19.5 seconds. Yes, your eyes do not deceive you, the Kangoo will be right at home alongside the many exotic and powerful cars that can be found in GT7.
We still cannot be 100% sure what the cars are that will be added on Thursday 27th March but once they are officially confirmed - most likely the day preceding the update being deployed - we will be right here to confirm them as well as all the other new features that will be getting added.

Gran Turismo 7 March Update: New Cars
Undoubtedly the car of the three that will be of most interest to players will be what we believe is the Aston Martin Vantage, the version that began being produced in 2018. It is difficult to decipher which specific version it is, whether it could be the 2024 facelift or not.Of course, we cannot tell if the car - assuming it is the Vantage - will be the one with either a 4.0-litre twinturbo Mercedes V8 or the 5.2-litre twinturbo V12 from Aston themselves.
