WATCH: Our Impressions Of My First Gran Turismo Surrounded By Iconic Cars

The Gran Turismo World Finals hosted the public's first opportunity to play a new toned-down version of Gran Turismo 7, My First Gran Turismo, surrounded by some of the series' most recognisable cars.

The best part? Hundreds of new Gran Turismo fans were undoubtedly introduced to the series over the course of the World Final weekend. The title is marketed as suitable for 7—to 77-year-olds, and the age range enjoying My First Gran Turismo emphatically reflects that.

The Surrounding Mechanical Masterpieces

Setup at the Gran Turismo World Finals, a selection of some of the finest automotive works of art that the world of Gran Turismo has ever seen. The Alpine A110, Lamborghini Countach LP500, Renault 5 Turbo and the BMW E30 M3.

These cars are all present in 'My First Gran Turismo', although the Countach is present in the LP400 variant, as opposed to the LP500 that was on show.

Car List

As it stands, there are eighteen cars available to collect in My First Gran Turismo. This number is expected to rise over time but not reach anywhere near the full roster of Gran Turismo 7. This, after all, is essentially a demo version of PlayStation's flagship title.

Premium
The Nations Cup attendance and amount folks spend to participate and spectate in person and online shows how much bigger GT7 is than any other racing sim.

A GT7 Sport Pro+ Mode subscription option like GTA+ or Fallout 1st would be outstanding in every way. Something that adds more as an option without taking anything from current GT7, but gives real accountable racing and more.
