News Assetto Corsa EVO Restores Online Servers In Update 0.1.5

I got 0.1.5 to work online by going into Steam and clicking on the highlighted "back door" next to the "Play" button. A pop up box comes up. Click on the "back door" version. When the box drops down there are 2 choices the "back door" and "None". Click "None".
It will automatically load in 0.1.5. You will be able to go online when you restart the game

I think it's really sad that we can't adjust the ride height on the Hyundai I30N and the BMW M4 CSL in the setup menu anymore.
The I30N was only possible in the first EA version.
The M4 CSL was possible until the 0.1.4 version.

I'd love to change the ride height again!

I've had a mixed time with ACE after the update but there is very much light on the horizon when it was working properly.
My main problem is I use a Pico 4 headset. I also used tethered. The Pico connect app is MUCH improved for nearly everything else in Steam (looks better than VD imo) but doesn't like ACE and keeps disconnecting from it. To play it I've been having to use VD which still has the random BSOD (even with the USB driver update) so it can go down at any point as well.

The next problem is actually ACE. It's seems almost random whether it will run smoothly. I had one session where it ran massively improved in VR, almost without a problem, even did a race at Brands and it was ok. Then it suddenly starts doing the freezes and the weird things where the VR just freezes totally in the pits and you have to restart the entire game.

My thoughts are if it ran smoothly once, it will eventually run smoothly all the time. There is hope.

So what exactly is going on with this? over a month with no updates which i only realised the other day because ive not had it installed for over a month now. Money grab and run is what it currently seems like. Radio silence is never a good thing. Im not overly bothered as until i read that its moving in the right direction then it wont be gracing my hard drive anytime soon. Worst £20 ive spent so far this year.

If you had read what they wrote everywhere you would know that the second step is expected around May, it is an EA as AC was.

The next big step maybe but early access normally consists of constant updates not complete silence. But like I said i was just wondering because as it stands it's a pile of crap so won't be installing it until it's nearer 1.0

With WRC leaving EA/Codemasters :Who will be blessed with the new WRC license?
