The Le Mans Ultimate February update is here, adding not just more LMGT3 content, but also more interesting changes. Here are the release notes.

The 2024 WEC grid is nearing completion in Le Mans Ultimate: The title's February update adds three more LMGT3 challengers, leaving only the Lamborghini Huracán LMGT3 Evo 2 and the Lexus RC F LMGT3 plus the Lusail Circuit in Qatar. The remaining 2024 content is set to be added in May.

However, the February update does not just contain the Ford Mustang LMGT3 (as a free car), the Porsche 911 LMGT3 R (992) and the Aston Martin V8 Vantage LMGT3 Evo, there are also plenty of changes under the hood - like the refined LMGT3 tire model that @Michel Wolk was so pleasantly surprised by.

With the update now live, here are the release notes including everything to look forward to in LMU once it is applied.

Hey something postive to say finally ! The new GT3 handling feels way better, the mustang drive very similar to what I'd expect.

Look forwards to giving this a run tomorrow...

Been a interesting but fun journey with LMU...

I really do hope they make it the Ultimate Le Mans game... Get that modern career sorted with the regionals (IMSA, ELMS and ALMS) then give me some Group C's and other historic content...

Year 1 has blown the other sportscar developers out of the water...

Ah yes about sounds, i have to say i am a bit disappointed by the Porsche, the incar sounds are not as good as they could be. In other sims featuring this car it sounds better. External sounds in replays are good.

A.I is still to aggressive even on low, they start to defend when you alongside them (too late) squeezing you at sebring and will not yield even if you have the inside line.

So drove all 3 and they're all great as expected. The Aston you really have to man handle into turns because it does the usual front engined thing and wants to push on where as the Mustang seems to be a lot better in that regard. The Porsche well it's a typical Porsche drives really nicely and will only bite if you really take the mick

Did some testing, I don't feel any significant differences playing it after a month break (though I tend to switch sim to sim; from F1 cars to some touge car to FWD touring cars without any issues so I guess I can adapt very quickly to anything), if anything the new cars feel a bit more vague and the FFB more aggressive (in a bad way) than I remember. Expanded UI elements are nice as far as information is concerned but now they are taking up a bit more space than I want, there is a UI scale for VR but haven't found it for single screen? Still great, don't get me wrong, but these tyre model updates tend to be way overhyped from my personal perspective.

I noticed a bit more bite on the Ferrari which I’ve driven a fair bit lately . It all felt good but not so much that I will never play any other sim and only worship at the altar of LMU like some folk on here .

There is a bit of placebo effect.
Even in real life they tell drivers that they changed the setup (with half a millimeter).
They tell back, yes it's so much better now.
But the only thing that's changed is their perception and more track usage.
After a amount of laps it grows on you.
Still i like very much where this sim is going, it's carving out it's own respected place in the Sim Universe,

No surprise great release great changelog as always.

Up to 77% lol wonders never cease.

Now all we need to do is get some serious help for the 1,300 couldn't run a ISIMotor sim to save themselves.

Has anyone else noticed that Motorsport Games arent listed in any of the credits or on the steam store page anymore for LMU. Its produced and published by Studio397. rFactor 2 has also changed to being listed as produced and published by Studio397 too.
