For rally fans who want EA Sports WRC to look closer to what they see during the Rally.TV broadcasts, a brand-new overlay has been released to do just that.
If you are a fan of the WRC, this overlay will look familiar. It replicates the onboard graphic from Rally.TV, which you can now use when flying EA Sports WRC, Richard Burns Rally or DiRT Rally 2.0's stages.
Dashboards and overlays are commonplace for sim racers in 2025, especially if racing on PC. Apps like Racelab or SimHub are popular for overlays such as relatives and radars. As well as the overlays, sim racers use these programs to fine-tune and customise hardware like bass shakers and LEDs.
The regular dashboard overlay and the newly adjusted overlay, including a GT7 style steering inductor red dot.
This dashboard has been designed and published for the latter by mod creator @aaronfang. Check out the overlay in our download section!
Compared to the actual graphic used on Rally.TV, the official place to watch all of the WRC action live, this overlay is a really impressive replica. Of course, it is not just this graphic used on the actual broadcast. The leaderboard and relatives would also be a fantastic addition to replicating an actual WRC session.

Below is an example of the overlay at work partnered with the WRC Toyota Yaris at one of the brand-new Rally Portugal stages, Pessos. If you have missed the latest EA Sports WRC update with these new stages, we got you covered with our review of the Le Maestros content pack.
This is not the first time the creator has brought the Rally.TV-style overlays to EA Sports WRC, by the way: A 2024 version is also available in our download section, which sported a different look with a round central element displaying gears, revs and speed.
Would this new overlay fit into your rally setup? Have you got your own rally dashboard setup? We would love to see them in the comments down below!
