It's Tuesday, which means another BeamNG.drive 'Teaser Tuesday'! This time, the dirt stages of the rally content have been replaced by the tight and twisty hairpins of an unmistakable drifting course. Take those semi-slicks off and put those worn-out budget tyres on. It's time to go sideways in BeamNG!
'Ready to tap some walls?' There is no mistaking what is in the works. What looks to be a drifting training ground will be coming to BeamNG in the next major update. With the previous teaser being all about the gravel rally stages, this new information will be music to people's ears who prefer their motorsport to be at the rev limiter and sideways.

Going sideways in BeamNG is challenging to master
This teaser shows only the new drifting circuit, with no hint of car or part upgrades or additions. However, we would hedge our bets that, alongside the drifting track, some new vehicle configurations and perhaps an overhaul of the drifting physics, specifically the tyre model when the grip limit is reached, are likely to be included.

Location and content
Judging from the surrounding areas and scenery of this new drifting training ground, West Coast USA looks to be the host for this latest addition. With the career mode taking place on the West Coast USA map, it is safe to say that we will be able to play certain drifting events with our custom-built cars. The career mode, whilst being very early access, is terrific fun; check it out here!Going sideways in BeamNG is challenging to master
